Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274-a, Town Law, on the application of Harvey and Carol Furman, for the purpose of a Site Plan Approval for the installation of an Outdoor Furnace at 134 Glade Hill Road, Grahamsville, NY.

Said hearing will take place at the Neversink Town Hall, Grahamsville, N.Y. on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 267, Town Law, on the application of Mark Terwilliger, for the purpose of review of an application for an Area Variance located on 28 Dorothy Lane, Napanoch, NY  12458.  Mark Terwilliger is requesting a variance for the installation of an outdoor furnace which does not meet the 100 foot set back from the nearest lot line as per §50-21(16) (e) [2].

Said hearing will take place at the Neversink Town Hall, Grahamsville, NY on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
