Pool Passes Now on Sale

Pool passes for the Town of Neversink Pool located at the Fairgrounds in Grahamsville will be are now on sale at the Town of Neversink Town Hall.  The cost of a pass is $10.00 per person with children under 3 no charge.  Forms are available in the Lobby.  The Town Hall is open daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Town of Neversink residency is required.  The Pool is scheduled to open on June 30, 2010.  For more information please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 985-2262 x300 or 307.

Swimming Lessons Signup

Swimming Lessons registration has begun at the Neversink Town Hall.  Forms are available at the Town Clerk’s Counter.  There will also be a registration held on June 24th from 6 to 8 pm at the Town Hall.  Janet Carey will be available to help fill out forms and answer questions.  Any child who lives in the Tri-Valley School District and/or Town of Neversink is eligible to participate in the Swimming Lessons Program.  There is no fee.  For more information please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 985-2262 x300 or 307.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Neversink Planning Board meeting scheduled for July 7, 2010 at 7:30 pm has been changed to July 14, 2010 at 7:30 pm.  All meetings of the Town of Neversink Planning Board are held at the Neversink Town Hall, 273 Main Street, Grahamsville, NY.

The Town of Neversink Town Board is requesting cost proposals for the Spring/Fall 2010 pruning, trimming and clean-up of all trees and shrubs in the following locations:  Town Hall – including parking lot area, Bi-Centennial Square Park, Town Pool at fairgrounds, bottom of Denman Mountain Road, entrance to Fairgrounds, First Aid Squad Building, Chestnut Woods Monument and Welcome to the Town of Neversink flower boxes.  If you are interested in performing this work, please submit a cost quote to the Town of Neversink Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 273 Main St., PO Box 307, Grahamsville, NY 12740 by 4:30 pm by Monday July 12, 2010.  For more information please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 845-985-2262 x 307.

Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 267, Town Law, on the application of Jerry Gotsch for an Area Variance at 86 Knight  Road, Grahamsville, NY 12740. (ZBA #18-1-3) Mr. Gotsch is requesting a variance for relief from §50-14C – setback requirements for accessory structures.

Said hearing will take place at the Neversink Town Hall, Grahamsville, NY on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
