Please take notice that the Town of Neversink Planning Board will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 267, Town Law, on the application of Primax Properties for the purpose of a Site Plan Review of a proposed retail store (Dollar General) to be located in the Hamlet District on State Route 55 in Neversink, NY (SBL# 25.-1-33.14).

Said hearing will take place at the Theater in the Tri-Valley High School, 34 Moore Hill Rd. Grahamsville, NY on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Also, please take notice of the "Public Hearing Protocol" as adopted by the Town of Neversink Planning Board

1. The Chairman is the moderator unless someone else is appointed.

2. The person speaking needs to stick to the topic at hand.

3. The speaker must identify themselves and their address.

4. Individuals can speak once for up to 3 minutes during the public hearing.

5. A time keeper will be appointed by the chairman.

6. 20 seconds before time is up the time keeper motions to the speaker.

7. Speaking time is not transferable to other speakers.
