Meetings: 1st Wednesday of the Month @ 7:30 p.m.The Planning Board accepts and processes land use applications for subdivision of land, both residential and commercial and site plan review for special use applications.

Meetings: 3rd Tuesday of the Month @ 7:30 p.m.The Zoning Board is responsible for approval of interpretation of the zoning law and the approval of area and use variances. The Board acts in a quasi judicial capacity. It will give notice and hear evidence of the need for a variance. The law fixes certain criteria which the Board must consider before it can grant a variance.

Meetings: Last Tuesday of the Month @ 7:00 p.m.The Parks & Recreation Department was created in December 2005 and is dedicated to providing quality park, recreation, and public facilities for the citizens of the Town of Neversink and entities engaged in agreements with the Town of Neversink. The department strives to enhance the town's natural beauty and coordinate recreation, leisure, and athletic activities that promote positive community values. The Advisory Board meets the last Monday of every month at the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m. If you would like to see a trip or event planned, please reach out to us - we are always open to suggestions.
